The saunas are open daily from 4 to 7 pm. In bad weather we open from 2 pm on request.
What is the mountain hay bath and what benefits does it have?
During the hay bath you lie in fragrant mountain meadow hay. It stimulates circulation, strengthens the immune system and deeply relaxes. It requires reservation and is subject to a fee.

Yes, our professional massage therapists offer massages that release tension and promote holistic well-being. Massages are bookable for an extra fee.
