Price information
The indicated prices are for half-pension per person per day and apply for a minimum stay of three days. The price does not include local taxes (which is applied per person/day above the age of 14) and is paid on site.
Discounts and surcharges
- Minimum stay
For stays of less than 3 nights, we will add a surcharge of € 5.00.
- Overnight stay with breakfast:
€8.00 will be credited.
- Single room surcharge
Between € 10.00 and € 15.00 per day
- Reductions for children
Applicable with at least two full-paying guests:
- Children up to the age of 2 stay for free (children up to the age of 2 pay only for food)
- Children between the ages of 2 and 7: 50% discount in the room with their parents
- Children between the ages of 7 and 12: 30% discount in the room with their parents
- Children between the ages of 12 and 14: 25% discount in the room with their parents
- Pets
Dogs are warmly welcome in the following categories: Nature Nord Room & Nature South Room! We will charge you € 15.00 per day as a contribution towards expenses (without food).
- Hotel garage
Garage parking space € 4.00 per day
Reservation conditions
Deposit
Your holidays are confirmed as soon as we receive the deposit.
For a stay longer than three days, a deposit of € 200 is due.
For a stay shorter than three days, a deposit of € 100 is due.
Cancellation conditions
Sometimes an unforeseen situation happens in a matter of seconds, so that you can no longer take your holiday. That's why we heartily recommend taking out our travel cancellation protection insurance Hotelstorno Plus.
This way, no problematic and unpleasant discussions arise in the event of a cancellation
Our cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date will not be charged.
- From 30 days to 7 days before the date of arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
- In case of cancellation 7 days before the date of arrival, in case of no-show and in case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Payment conditions
The hotel bill can be paid in cash, by check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, EC Card) or with a debit card.
