with Decree “Data Protection Codex (Datenschutzkodex)” of June 30, 2003.
Following Article 13 of in lieu of law Decree Number 196 of June 30, 2003, the company Plaickner Walteruses data of customers and providers, as well as other persons who willingly in either oral or written form provided their consent, or whose personal data information we received from Third Parties or public registers. All data are exclusively personal data of general nature and do not include any “sensitive” information.
Our company guarantees within the framework of the law that processing of personal data recognizes general basic rights and personal freedom and the dignity of the individual subjected to data processing with special regards to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal information.

To request that his or her data be deleted, blocked or changed to anonymous data in the case of unlawful use or processing
To deny processing of his or her data partially or in total in cases of justifiable reasons
